Our Team

Christie oversees all aspects of The Tribute Companies, which own four cemeteries in Wisconsin as well as Precast concrete manufacturing facilities in Illinois and Indiana and an Architectural firm that specializes in cemetery and funeral home design and development.

Kate joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in September 2022. Kate was born and raised in WI, with a few stops living in NYC, Chicago, and Ireland. She comes from a theatre/communications and marketing/branding background, is classically trained in Shakespearean theatre, and spends her spare time dabbling in graphic design and building her photography portfolio.

Allen is responsible for all grounds crew staff, buildings and grounds functions. Allen takes great pride in the way the cemetery looks in its entirety; from first impressions at the entrances to the meticulous details of each grave and memorial.

Rob oversees all aspects of operations for each company owned cemetery and the buildings for all Tribute locations. His responsibilities include: grounds personnel development, purchasing, and safety compliance at all Tribute locations.

Meet Matthew Pagel. Matthew joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in January, 2021. Matthew grew up locally in Butler, WI. He believes in hard work, helping others, and that laughter is always the best medicine. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting away to go camping or hiking.

Tom has been in the manufacturing and landscaping industry for many years. He enjoys working on a team and the variety of work. Tom has been married to his wife Amy for almost 30 years. They have two daughters and one granddaughter. In is free time Tom enjoys fishing and watching football.

Sarah grew up in Racine and while in college, lived in Las Vegas and Honolulu. She earned her degrees in hospitality and business administration. Now that her two children are adults, she enjoys traveling, bowling, bonfires, and other activities with family and friends.

Meet Shyla, a Milwaukee native dedicated to serving families in need throughout her entire career. As a lifelong educator and community organizer, she believes in the power of knowledge to strengthen communities. Shyla holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO. In her free time, she cherishes moments with her family and indulges her passion for tennis.

Meet Kyle Boltz. Kyle assists with all aspects of grounds operations and is always there to lend a helping hand and will always assist families when needed. He and his wife, are avid Disney enthusiasts, making it an annual tradition since their honeymoon. Kyle is a big dog lover and shares his home with three furry companions.
