Christine Toson, CCE
President/CEO
Christie oversees all aspects of The Tribute Companies, which own four cemeteries in Wisconsin as well as Precast concrete manufacturing facilities in Illinois and Indiana and an Architectural firm that specializes in cemetery and funeral home design and development.
Matthew Pagel
General Cemetery Sales Manager
Meet Matthew Pagel. Matthew joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in January, 2021. Matthew grew up locally in Butler, WI. He believes in hard work, helping others, and that laughter is always the best medicine. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting away to go camping or hiking.
Zach Cuarisma
Family Service Counselor
Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Zach brings a background in public relations, customer service, and marketing to his role. Now living in West Allis with his wife, Becca, and their husky, Kona, he is passionate about sports and serves as a basketball coach at Marquette University High School. Dedicated to helping families, his goal is to create lasting and meaningful tributes for their loved ones.
Thomas Jamar
Grounds Technician
Tom has been in the manufacturing and landscaping industry for many years. He enjoys working on a team and the variety of work. Tom has been married to his wife Amy for almost 30 years. They have two daughters and one granddaughter. In is free time Tom enjoys fishing and watching football.
Dave Moosreiner
Grounds Technician
Dave takes pride in keeping the park beautiful and peaceful for the families we serve. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, he plays an important role in maintaining the grounds as a place of comfort and reflection.
Outside of work, Dave is a music lover and amateur guitarist who has attended over 1,000 concerts. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Selina, and their dog, Page, and is always happy to talk music with anyone who asks.
Rob Grzelak
Cemetery Operations Manager
Rob oversees all aspects of operations for each company owned cemetery and the buildings for all Tribute locations. His responsibilities include: grounds personnel development, purchasing, and safety compliance at all Tribute locations.
Kate Sherry
Administrative Assistant
Kate joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in September 2022. Kate was born and raised in WI, with a few stops living in NYC, Chicago, and Ireland. She comes from a theatre/communications and marketing/branding background, is classically trained in Shakespearean theatre, and spends her spare time dabbling in graphic design and building her photography portfolio.
Connor Dalton
Family Service Counselor
Connor was born and raised in South Bend, IN. He grew up in a local small business and has a strong sense for community driven customer service. He has a recent background in retirement planning and specializes in working compassionately with families. Connor Lives in Timmerman West with his wife and he plays basketball and camps in his free time.
Kyle Boltz
Grounds Technician
Meet Kyle Boltz. Kyle assists with all aspects of grounds operations and is always there to lend a helping hand and will always assist families when needed. He and his wife, are avid Disney enthusiasts, making it an annual tradition since their honeymoon. Kyle is a big dog lover and shares his home with three furry companions.
John DeValkenaere
General Manager
John brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the technology industry to his role at Pinelawn. He lives by two guiding philosophies: “One Team, One Goal,” fostering a supportive, collaborative environment, and “Best in Class,” delivering an exceptional experience to everyone he serves. Outside of work, John is an avid Harley rider and enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and especially his four grandchildren.
Abby Lebeau
Administrative Assistant
Abby was born and raised in Waukesha and brings a strong sense of community to the Pinelawn team. With a Healthcare Administration degree from Carroll University and experience in senior living, she supports families with compassion and clarity during their arrangements.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys time with her son, family, and friends, and loves unwinding with her coloring books.
Allen Kurhajec
Grounds Manager
Allen is responsible for all grounds crew staff, buildings and grounds functions. Allen takes great pride in the way the cemetery looks in its entirety; from first impressions at the entrances to the meticulous details of each grave and memorial.
Dave Elliott
Grounds Technician
Dave plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all grounds-related tasks, readily offering his assistance whenever families require support.
