Our Team

President/CEO

Christie oversees all aspects of The Tribute Companies, which own four cemeteries in Wisconsin as well as Precast concrete manufacturing facilities in Illinois and Indiana and an Architectural firm that specializes in cemetery and funeral home design and development. 

Director of Buildings and Grounds

Clyde oversees all aspects of operations for each company owned cemetery and the buildings for all Tribute locations. His responsibilities include: grounds personnel development, purchasing, and safety compliance at all Tribute locations.

Office Manager

Kerri has spent her career in operations and business management. She is from Eastern Pennsylvania and she and her family have called Milwaukee home for the past 17 years. In her spare time, Kerri enjoys hot yoga, gardening, treasure hunting at consignment stores and being a member of Milwaukee film.

Administrative Assistant

Kate joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in September 2022.  Kate was born and raised in WI, with a few stops living in NYC, Chicago, and Ireland. She comes from a theatre/communications and marketing/branding background, is classically trained in Shakespearean theatre, and spends her spare time dabbling in graphic design and building her photography portfolio.

 

Family Service Counselor

Meet Matthew Pagel.  Matthew joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in January, 2021.  Matthew grew up locally in Butler, WI. He believes in hard work, helping others, and that laughter is always the best medicine. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting away to go camping or hiking. 

Family Service Counselor

Andrew has spent his previous work experience caring for families and retirees in a church setting. He is originally from Austin, Texas, but has spent the past 4 years in Wisconsin. Andrew’s interests include enjoying walking and avidly watching the Dallas Cowboys and Liverpool FC.

General Sales Manager

David is responsible for driving Pre-Need sales at our Wausau, Green Bay and Milwaukee cemetery locations as well as ensuring that all sales counselors maintain appropriate follow up with all families who have property at our parks.

Chris Nehs

Grounds Manager

Chris joined the Tribute family in May of 2023, as the Grounds Manager for Pinelawn Memorial Park.  After high school, he joined the Army and was deployed to Germany and Afghanistan. Following his military career, Chris pursued accounting at UW Oshkosh. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, fishing, and hunting.

Quinn Steinmetz

Grounds Technician

Meet Quinn. He assists with all aspects of grounds operations. Paying attention to details and respecting each family’s needs for their burial service are Quinn’s strengths. 

Thomas Jamar

Grounds Technician

Tom has been in the manufacturing and landscaping industry for many years. He enjoys working on a  team and the variety of work. Tom has been married to his wife Amy for almost 30 years.  They have two daughters and one granddaughter. In is free time Tom enjoys fishing and watching football.

Kolton Young

Grounds Technician

Kolton joined the Pinelawn family in March 2022.  He assists with all aspects of grounds operations and is always there to lend a helping hand and will always assist families when needed.

Sean Atkins

Grounds Technician

Sean joined the Pinelawn family in April 2023.   With a passion for target shooting and a love for traveling, Sean’s vibrant personality adds a unique dimension to our staff. He plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of grounds operations, offering assistance and support in various aspects.
